February 1, 2019 – Los Angeles – The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is excited to announce Injen Total Football USA as a new league member kicking off with the 2019 Spring Season.

Based in San Bernardino (Calif.), Injen Total Football USA will begin play in the UPSL Championship SoCal Division, and is finalizing its home venue in compliance with UPSL Minimum Standards.

United Premier Soccer League Western Conference Manager Gary Brunner said, "The UPSL continues to get teams from the Inland Empire, and I think it's great. There are so many great players that have come from that area, and youth academies like Injen Total Football USA are realizing the significance of the opportunity within the UPSL. We look forward to watching Injen Total Football's talented players perform this season."

Injen Total Football USA was created in 2010 by Ron Delgado and its teams have travelled to Sweden Spain to compete in tournaments and play teams from across the globe.

Delgado, 56, is owner of Pomona (Calif.)-based Injen Technology, a performance parts manufacturer of air intakes, exhaust and intercoolers for turbo charged cars, trucks and muscle cars. A youth player growing up in Montebello (Calif.), Delgado is a USSF 'D' Licensed Coach and has spent a decade coaching youth teams at Barcelona USA, Southwest SC and Albion SC. He will serve as Manager and Assistant Coach for Injen Total Football USA.

Injen Total Football USA Manager Ron Delgado said, "A lot of the players we've had are 1998, '99s, '00s and, '01s so we thought it might be the right time to get everyone together on one team and play at a competitive level. The way the UPSL has expanded with teams all across the country and built a great deal of excitement, and we've been told by teams in the UPSL that it's 'a better league to play in.' We want to give it a shot and we're excited to be playing in the UPSL this season."

Fontana (Calif.) native Alberto Alcazar, 55, will serve as Head Coach for Injen Total Football USA. Alcazar previously coached youth teams at Fontana Pachuca Juniors, Fontana Olimpia SC, Southwest SC and Fontana International SC.

The club will announce tryouts and its upcoming game schedule.
